MicroPower's support team is always there to help. When you contact us, you're assigned a support specialist specific to your needs; someone who will be assigned to your individual case until it's resolved to your satisfaction.

All our software has industry leading in-built support systems. You simply log a support ticket and the message is automatically sent to our team. Of course you can always call our support hotline if you want to talk through any issues you're experiencing.

We offer our client two forms of Support service, Silver and Gold.

Silver Support

5 Day per week, 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday - Friday

Gold Support

7 Days a week, 24/7. Usually reserved only for emergencies.
