Golf Timesheets software

The PowerGolf electronic Timesheets allow you to access the bookings sheets from every terminal in the clubhouse simultaneously. Members book on touchscreen Kiosks around the Club house, or using the new TeePlus Internet booking system.

The timesheets handle multi-tee starts, AM and PM fields, shotgun starts, and all competition types. Players can even enter their scores after the game using the touch screen Kiosks.

Golf LeaderBoard system

MicroPower’s Leader Board offers up-to-the-minute display of the competition leaders on clubhouse TV screens.

The Leaderboard is updated as each group’s scores are entered. The system presents a ’Slide Show’ on the TV. A slide in a show can display many things - the results of a nominated competition in a nominated format, text messages and notices, images, advertising, etc.

The slides in a show are simply displayed on the TV in continual rotation. You can have as many slides in a show as you like. So within one show you can present the results of the day’s competition in several formats (placegetters, full field, graded, ungraded, nett or gross), interspersed with notices, advertising, etc.

You can display the results of previous competitions. You can build as many different shows as you like. You might build a multi-slide show for each day of the week, each show containing the score display, advertising, notices, etc that are appropriate for that day’s competition.

This product is fast becoming ‘the thing to have’. Using its advertising capability, the Leader Board can rapidly pay for itself.

Social and Competition Golf Score Card Printing

Print your own personalised Score Cards from timesheets or when registering players for Social Play or competitions.

There are many advantages to printing your own cards. Member details (name, number, handicap, etc) are laser-printed, making the card look more professional, and completely readable.

Any changes to course details (order of holes, par, indexes and distances) are reflected immediately on the printed cards. Competition sponsors can have their name printed on the score card and laser printing is cheaper than having cards printed commercially.

The Social Card printing function allows your Professional to print numbered scorecards ’on demand’, linking each to a declared Green Fee. The scorecards can act as receipts, and the Club has a complete audit trail of all cards printed and Green Fees taken by the Pro. The system also handles the hire of Carts, Clubs etc.
